From Christian Educators Assoc. Intl. (I apologize for all caps, this is exactly how it was received) JENNIFER, I AGREE WITH YOU THAT THE RESPONSE FROM HM IMPLIES THAT WE REVIEWED THE BOOKS IN THE SERIES IN TOTAL.  THAT ISN'T THE CASE AT ALL AS WE FOCUSED ONLY OUR ATTENTION ON THE CHRISTIAN PERSPECTIVES THAT WERE WRITTEN AND DID NOT LOOK AT OR COMPARE THE OTHER CONTENT OF THE TEXTS. WE ALSO MADE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR CHANGES OR INCLUSIONS ONE SUCH ITEM FOR THE SIXTH GRADE CURRICULUM WAS THE FULL TEXT OF MATTHEW CHAPTERS 5-7 WHICH HM DID NOT IMPLEMENT. UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT WERE MADE BY THE VARIOUS REVIEWERS.  AS NOTED BEFORE IN OUR CONVERSATION, CHRISTIAN TEACHERS, WHO WERE TEACHING AT THE VARIOUS GRADE LEVELS WERE ASKED TO REVIEW THE MATERIAL AND THE NATIONAL OFFICE MERELY COORDINATED THE PROJECT UNDER MY AUTHORIZATION.  I WAS THE CONTACT PERSON FOR THE TASK AND THIS IS WHY I AM LISTED AS A CONSULTANT IN THEIR TEXTS.
