The document flows both ways, allowing courts today to rule  that teaching children to memorize the Quran and prayer to Allah, fasting and playing Jihad and encouraging children to bring in Islamic religious artifacts is okay, yet Christmas or a nativity scene is strictly outlawed, backed up and pursued by the ACLU who copyrighted these guidelines.
